The Red Army’s Long March Victory Memorial is located at the realignment site of the 1st, 2nd and 4th Front Army of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army in Huining County, Gansu Province. Chief architecture of the Memorial is two-story, while part of it is three-story. The Memorial is of semi-underground frame structure, with 3,310m2 of construction area and 2,300m2 of usable area. Exhibition in the Memorial is arranged by making use of such modern means as acoustical, lighting and electrical technologies, with six large scenic spots, spectra visions and sculptures, more than 300 pictures, over 40 telegraph texts, 30 inscriptions and 30 graphs being exhibited. Original arrangement of former site and basic exhibition of the Red Army’s Long March Victory are showed in the Memorial, comprehensively and truly reflecting the glorious struggling course of the red armies during the Long March and vividly reproducing the heroic epic of triumph realignment of the three major forces of the Red Army.
