Shanghai Gush Multimedia Culture & Art Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Gush Multimedia Technology Co., Ltd., two companies affiliated to Gush Multimedia, organized a 4-day and 3-night outreach by travel activity in Fujian Province. From this activity, the participating staffs gained much knowledge and inspiration. 

1. Unity and reliance. An effective team does not only need an outstanding leader, but also need well-performed members who work for the same dream and target. All members are important, and a fault in any member may result in overall failure of the team. This fact teaches us that we should maintain good relation with colleagues and directors so as to ensure all staff plays their constructive roles. We should remember that one can not get success solely with his/her effort. 

2. Think in others’ shoes. We should think about what others may feel and consider issues from other perspectives to get more understanding and love. We firmly believe that this activity collects the efforts of all staffs. In our work, we should take every task as an outreach activity to address challenges and conquer all difficulties. We should take a right attitude towards our shortcomings, and we should learn to encourage and appreciate others.
